The Catherine Elliott Double Bass Ensembles series

All the ensembles are for a quartet of double basses unless otherwise stated.

A = very easy, at least two parts are all in first position, others may have the occasional easy shift. Rhythmically simple.

B = easy, mainly first position, some rhythmic complexity.

C = moderate, some position work required.

D = advanced, may have some thumb position and will demand more advanced rhythm and bowing.
