The 30 short pieces take the young player from Grade 0-4 through a variety of styles and keys and present interesting titles to fire the imagination. What a pleasure too for the teacher to be listening to original material...There is a good mix of classical, jazz, rock and folk styles and plenty of slow tuneful pieces to encourage the student to listen to his sound. The piano accompaniments are unobtrusive but supportive and add much to the final performance.
