for Tuba (Bass Clef) and Piano. (Includes 7 Duets for 2 Tubas).

**********************************************************************************

A collection of solos for beginners, compiled to assist the tuba-player in learning to play melody lines and to introduce them to common repertoire where tuba solos make an appearance, for example Grieg's 'In The Hall Of The Mountain King' and Schumann's 'The Happy Farmer'.

Given the tuba's place in band music, several military meoldies also make an appearance; there is also the much harder 'Down In The Deep Deep Cellar' for a challenge.

The pieces are selected and arranged for Tuba and Piano (including seven Tuba duets) by Herbert Wekselblatt.
