The Second Album is intended for pupils who have already used the First Album Parts 1, 2 and 3. The six pieces and two duets, with titles to stimulate the imagination, contain simple phrasing and changes of key, affording practice-material for movement between the Treble and Bass staves. Pupils will encounter a wider keyboard scope, progressive finger-extensions and lateral moves. A Reference Page, five-finger patterns, preparatory exercises and a Scale Chart are included.
