Composer Information: Shanti Paul Jayasinha

Trumpeter and composer Shanti Paul Jayasinha studied at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, London. He is widely recorded, has performed with a number of leading artists across the world, and is a founder-member of ShantiJazzWorld and a world-jazz trio with John Crawford and Ramesh Crawford. He has led workshops for the Grand Union Orchestra and ABRSM, runs large-scale educational projects in London, Essex, and Cambridgeshire, and is a teacher at the Centre for Young Musicians.
